  • Prior to placing your order please check the size guide in the sizing section of our website. If you have any fit or product related questions, please get in touch with us at info@canadasports.co.uk. Our returns policy is different to most, so we want to make sure we can provide you with all the information you need prior to purchase. Your experience is important to us.

  • Unfortunately we do not offer refunds if you change your mind. This is because each of our products is individually made per order and we do not hold inventory to re-sell the items. However if you are unsatisfied in any way with your product you can raise it with us at info@canadasports.co.uk and we will consider your submission once the details of your request have been reviewed. All requests for a refund will be issued as store credit except in special circumstances. Thank you for understanding.

  • Every item we make is individually made per order, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product, so this comes out of our pocket. We therefore encourage you to visit our sizing guide prior to purchase. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us for advice on sizing before placing your order, it will really help us to limit costly mistakes for our business. However if you are unsatisfied in any way with your product you can raise it with us at info@canadasports.co.uk and we will consider your submission once the details of your request have been reviewed. All requests for a refund will be issued as store credit except in special circumstances. Please note you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment and any request to exchange items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

  • We pride ourselves on product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement. Please inspect your order and contact info@canadasports.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Make sure to provide a photo of the item and a clear reason for the return to help us process a refund or replacement. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Any error on our part and we will cover the expense.

  • If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Please ensure to check all your personal details are correct before placing your order, as you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address (if applicable).

  • Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment if you wish it to be re-delivered.

  • We encourage you to reach out to us at info@canadasports.co.uk before you proceed with any returns as we have a different policy to most brands. We want to work with you to help improve our product and service and speaking with our customers is important to us.
